If your getting T2 mats then your ilevel is either sub 1320 or your doing T2 content. The easy solution is earn some gold and buy your mats, if you want to rush. Alternatively just take your time, this game is a marathon not a sprint.

Not putting in the work for the horizontal content just means you’ll be a weaker 1340 than others when you eventually get there. If you spent less time fighting with people in this post and more time doing something that is actually meaningful like Skillpoint/Rune grind i can assure you it will still affect your character progression in a big way.
Go work on some alts you can funnel the unbound T2 mats on, start prepping to push those to T3 to either feed your main/make gold. Just stop whining dude you aren’t even in the right here

So if i got this right, you did the chaos dungeon, got all items but one. so now you can’t do anything cuz of that one item that wont take you up to 1302,you cant craft it, it wont matter if you upgrade anything, and there aint content to “farm” that will progress you beyond T2?

Just like people who are close to 1370 and Argos can get locked out of the content for 2weeks+ if they hit bad rng.

You’re never going to stop having these experiences - all progression in the game has a component of RNG to it, and you will always have the chance of not getting the ilvl required to do something that you might have be able to do today if you had gotten better RNG. The same thing happened to you at the end of T1, and again at the end of T2 - it’s happening at the start of T3 and it’s also going to happen at literally every ilvl requirement for every type of content that has one for the rest of forever.
This is a core component of the game.
