The reason it’s locked is cuz people can circumvent the alt restrictions.

You’re never going to stop having these experiences - all progression in the game has a component of RNG to it, and you will always have the chance of not getting the ilvl required to do something that you might have be able to do today if you had gotten better RNG. The same thing happened to you at the end of T1, and again at the end of T2 - it’s happening at the start of T3 and it’s also going to happen at literally every ilvl requirement for every type of content that has one for the rest of forever.
This is a core component of the game.

Some people got it on their 4th day, some got the whole set on the first run.

If you are in that much of a rush, buy it off the AH. That is a choice you can make.

You cannot buy equip-able T3 gear due to the way it interacts with depleted gear and the tripod skill system.

you can not buy it from ah… they changed that from the korean version

Yeah. You’ll get there though. Even when it takes a few runs/days.
Unless they change much next week. You’re still way over 4weeks of grind away from Argos gear. Which is quite useless in the first place since the gear after Valtan starts to matter.
And I’m way ahead of you lol. This game gives you the biggest rewards for your daily stuff. You literally get 20k(if we say 1t3 and t2) of value within 40m of gameplay.
Yea you can grind 10h of inf chaos dungeons for probably 40k of value.
I’m not saying no.
But if we ever get to Koreas version, it’s insanely friendly to life/game balance. And people just hopping in for some dungeons, some raids, will still progress to a certain point very nicely.
