My game crashed during Valtan phase 1, when i came back in gate 1 was cleared. I could not accept the box and did not receive the clear. However, I have been locked out for the week.

I’m sorry to hear about this situation with your Valtan run and thank you for sharing the screenshot, I know how frustrating this can be. We have a system that handles this issue, as we are unable to manually grant any re entry tickets.

A few key points I wish to highlight and the first one is very important in this case:

The system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.

Receiving your replacement weekly entry may not be immediate — delivery could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.

I still have not received a re-entry ticket, is there anyway you can check on this?
Unfortunately we don’t have the option to check, as the system does all of it automatically, if you don’t receive the ticket it means you will have to wait until after the weekly reset that happens Thursdays at 10am UTC.
