Locked out of Vykas gate 3

Game crashed during the final fight and the party immediately disbanded. It says I have not completed gate 3 in game but I cannot re-enter the raid. Is there a way to get a re-entry token or something? That is a lot of rewards to miss out of due to poor game coding.

For your information, we have a system that takes care of this type of situation to provide the ticket back in very specific scenarios, we can’t guarantee that the player will be receiving a ticket.

So I can assume that since I have not automatically received a ticket that I will not be getting one? This happened yesterday morning so I would guess that a ticket would have shown up by now. Would be nice if the system included people that didn’t get the final reward as most people won’t wait the 4-5 minutes for the game to reboot.
