Hi,
I was in the middle of Vykas normal, G1 and was around 8X to finish it.
The game decided to log me out of the account to the servers window.
I logged back in quickly to hopefully get the loot and continue but I didn’t get any loot, Couldn’t buy the chest and now - I even can’t enter G2 or G1. I need my Entry ticket back.

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue with the legion raid.
We’ve set up a system that will automatically reissue entries in scenarios caused by a verified server crash or outage within 48 hours. That is to say, if the system does not reissue your entry ticket automatically on this occasion, we will not be able to do so manually. You can read on how we handle these scenarios here .

So basically if I dont get the entry back im losing 3.5k gold from Vykas + mats to craft gear ?
