Login reward Chamkuri mount chest disappeared?

Hello,

After 20 days of playing, I was happy to get the chamkuri mount chest as a reward which I got on one of my character.
I right clicked on the chest, but canceled because I didn’t know which color to chose yet.

The next day, I could not find the chest anymore. I checked all my characters’ inventory / storages, I checked in my mounts list (Guide > Mount), but it looks like the chest disappeared :confused:

I’m almost certain I picked the chest from my character “Skyhnox” on Innana server.
