they closing forums due to the lack of support, every mod that responds to any forum problems always say the same thing like the customers are idiots or something, like say the server keeps disconnecting me from the game, my internet is fine/working still watching videos and talking to people in europe from US; their go to response is have you checked your wires? and stupid answers like this. honestly forums is quite useless like amazon games support so oh well, game has been dying since kakul saydon drop… if there isnt anyone helping people in need of support then the game dies… i give the game 1 yr left before its done, and i havent given up on my boycott since october!

Well most customers who ask them questions ARE idiots, wtf do you mean? It’s the same everywhere. Go ask on Microsoft forums why your PC lags, the first thing they say is “restart”. And guess what, it helps in most cases, coz otherwise they would not do it.
jut use the discord or the reddit

How can they help you if the majority of the player base is not having the problems you are? When everyone else is fine then it must be a you problem.
We have Artist and she wasn’t censored to hell and back, shadowhunters have all rerolled, we have a date for Slayer and nothing worthwhile has gone to shit recently… no wonder the forum is quiet 
Tbf, it’s not like they are not doing that already.
