Hello, today I tried to redeem the LoLA Helgaia Pet Chest drop from the Product Inventory but when I hit the claim button, it just gave an error and I had to close the inventory window.
When I relogged later, the drop disappeard from the product inventory, without being delivered to me.
Now it can’t be found anywhere, in any inventory. It has just disappeared.
Any help? Thanks

Also try closing steam and opening it as admin, then try relaunching the game.

Tried these solutions, the twitch drop is still missing unfortunately
I just Got the twitch drop today, was able to redeem the crystals from in game but the pet disappeared when trying to activate it from the inventory. Also followed the steps above, did not work
