I’m thinking of coming back to LA, I have played since release on Slen server but stopped since september.
But since there aren’t any good MMO’s with LA’s combat i’m kinda “forced” to come back.
i’m thinking of starting from 0 on a new English speaking server because Slen was heavy used by Germans, there was English, but still dunno.
i’m also thinking of going support, Pally or Bard because supports are high in demand and I prolly won’t be gatekept since my Roster lvl will be low lvl at the start…
Is it smart to start from scratch at this time btw?
I would not recommend starting from 0, even if your server does not have that many english speakers, you can still play with people from other servers in euc
In the particular case of Slen “not that many English speakers” means there is significantly less than 10% of nonEnglish communication alltogether. So I really wonder what kind of EUx server is OP looking for anyway.
I don’t speak German and I’ve been on Slen since the pre-launch and never interacted with anyone who didn’t just speak English from the get-go. I do however name my characters stupid shit using combinations of english words tho so that might influence it a little.
There is however a certain group of “people” who just seem to stand around in large groups seemingly communicating through the use of the letter “h” and they are far more of a nuisance then any Germans.
