what exactly are we suppossed to expect to do with these unstable servers when we loose our entries and rewards from chaos & guardian raids?
right when the guardian raid is over i get disconnect and cant get my stuff and i loose entry + rest bonus.
these servers have been unstable for so many weeks by now, it is honestly becoming a joke.

I’m sorry to know you were disconnected in the middle of a raid, I definitely understand you.
At the moment, We don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually, nor the rewards. We have an automated system in place that will re-grant access to activities in-game that have weekly lockout timers, utilize tickets, or consume a daily bonus (Aura of Resonance).
You’ll be receiving the re-entry ticket within the next 24-48 hours via in-game mail.

so basicly it is to expected the game to be unplayable if doing any daily content?
since we only get any kind of “refund” on entries with weekly content.
this is such a bad take and bad situation, that the game doesn’t even work on a daily basis anymore.
a BIG part of this game is about the daily content and grind, which these days is a HUGE gamble to do because you never know if you will even get your rewards because the servers are such a joke by now.
