I was playing the game and everything was fine and then I exited because I needed to do something. I came back and all the characters i made and everything was gone and I lost my pet and stuff. I had to restart and make new characters and I dont have my pet which was all annoying.

Same thing happened to me when the galatur server went down last night. lost my cat pet and my card set I got with the platinum version when I was finally able to play this morning. The cat im not too worried about, the buffs from the cards though…
