So I just hit 1100 Item lvl today and I started doing the Punika quest chain. As you know T3 materials are quite expensive now and sadly I just missed on 60x Honor Leapstones and 4.5k Honor Shards as a result of poor design of Naruna Hot Spring Dungeon.
In this dungeon when you finish the boss the loot will drop in the middle of the room but as soon as you finish it you will be sent to a cutscene and teleported to the side of the room. Your pet will be in range to loot some of the loot but not all of it making you think that you actually looted the First Clear rewards for Naruna Hot Springs, while in reality if you don’t actually walk back to the middle of the room to clear all the loot(which is btw out of your FOV so you can’t even see that there is still loot to be picked up) you will miss on all those juicy Leapstones and Honor Shards.
I wish the pets could loot while in the cutscene or that you wouldn’t be teleported to the side of the room with no reason just to talk to an NPC after the cutscene while your loot is left behind God knows where. Or that they gave you the loot in a chest like any sensible person like in the dungeons before near the place you get teleported to during the cutscene. Or even better yet, if you haven’t opened the First Clear Loot Chest inside a dungeon to obtain your loot and you either get a DC or forget to pick your loot before playing Song of Escape that you can just pick it the next time you clear the dungeon.
Anyway hope you guys read this so you don’t get scammed out of your loot just as I did. Have a good one and happy hunting! o/
Sorry to hear that mate, I know how that feels… Hopefully we can get this out there to as many people as possible so this doesn’t happen 2 many others in the future as well. Share this with your friends and guildies so they don’t have the same issues in the future…
Sadly I don’t see any way to contact support directly about the problem either. In that respect(game support) this game feels very lacking.

Theres no way to report a bug with a propper ticket
i just did normal with an alt, and of course i missjudged it again
But! this time after the dying animation the corpse appeared in the stone-area, so i was able to loot him (even though he died in the sub-zone).
i just did the normal one today for my alts, and i kill the boss in the colorful room, which i see the drop of the loot in the colorful room when the boss dies. but it jumps imediently back to the stone square, which i can’t get the loot anymore
