Lopang, Time's Up, stuck on 1/4 reputation

Hi, I’m trying to get the Brahms ship. My Lopang reputation bar is 10/10 level 1/4, I’ve completed like 15 lopang dailies over the last couple of days but my quest just says Labor Violations “Time’s Up!” when I try to abandon the quest and re-accept it, it just keeps repeating, saying Time’s Up. Does anyone know what I’m doing wrong?
