Please make sure to attach all the info/details you have about this issue, also please share them your Game Logs and DxDiag file, which you can retrieve by following these steps:

Instructions for generating a DXdiag : Open and run DxDiag.exe 2 (Open and run DxDiag.exe - Microsoft Support).

Instructions for finding the in-game logs:

  1. Press Windows+R on the keyboard, type %appdata% and press enter.
  2. Open the most recent file from this folder: /AppData/local/AGS/LogBackups.
  3. Paste the contents of the file into your message.

The team in charge will create a ticket to investigate your issue and find a resolution ASAP.
