What a great system… Finally was able to do a vykas hard run with my guild, and my power goes out mid gate 2. They finished it I lost my entry got nothing. Saw that I won’t be able to get my ticket back. Fucking pissed. thanks for this awesome system

Thank you for sharing your concern here on Lost Ark Forums and i apologize for the issue you faced with the lost entry.
I can understand how disappointing it would be to loose entry in the middle of the raid.
For your information, we have a system that takes care of this type of situation to provide the ticket back in very specific scenarios, we can’t guarantee that the player will be receiving a ticket. And also I’d like to let you know that there is no provision from our end to manually provide a entry ticket to any of the player.

Ye so it was a local outtage which means I can’t get anything back.
you will get your ticket back most likely i have been dced mid raids from my end my pc shutting down power going off and still got my ticket in less than 48h don’t worry you will get it i’m positive 95% you will get yours

Problem is my guild already finished it and I get gatekept so hard cus im playing arcana and every party is basically a “have title” party so I probably still wont be able to finish it now
then don’t use ticket and try again next week if you don’t use the ticket you can run it again with your guild 2 times next week after you clear your one

I did get a ticket back. Kinda weird although I’m not complaining
