Sorry to hear you lost your entry, this is a known issue that happens mostly in 4-man Abyss Dungeons and now the Kakul-Saydon Legion Raid, in this case unfortunately, we don’t have a way to re-grant entries manually, we have a system that allows for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side. The delivery of the replacement ticket could take up to a day, and the ticket should be delivered to your in-game mailbox.
