I’ve tried several times to unlink and link the Steam and Amazon account, uninstalled the game, uninstalled Steam, formatted the PC, activated Steam’s 2 factors both by email and phone number, and by app (Steam Guard), I’ve already sent a message on the forum a few times, I’ve contacted Steam 3x and I’m told I have to settle with Amazon, I’ve already put more than 5 dollars in the steam wallet, I’ve already spent more than 5 dollars buying the item (aya Regia) in Warframe for Steam, I already relinked on Twitch due to the drop. I just never bought anything in the game (Lost Ark) with real money and also never managed to open a ticket with the Lost Ark team, as this function is not available. And I heard from the guild members that I can stay without playing from tomorrow (12/14/2022). I would like your help to know what I do? How do I solve? Is there a solution? Or if I really should lose my 1800 hours of gameplay for this very reason.

I’m sorry about the issue you’re facing with this Trusted Status, sadly this is something that is evaluated by Steam and they provide the resolution for the case once they review it.

@Wyvernn I would like to know from your side, what is leaving my account like this? I know that you have access to my account and surely there must be an option that informs you that my account is unreliable, so that I can go back and fix it all. I don’t like being compared to bots. I’ve always been very honest about this, but the game keeps bringing me down. I just wanted a direction, that’s what your account is having problems with, talk to Steam or send a ticket to that place, and that’s it! Thank you for the help!
if steam doesnt trust you there’s something shady you have to be doing. getting trusted by steam is easy if you’re a real player
Sometimes there seems to be an issue with steam communicating with Lost Ark. However with todays update they made changes to the trusted system adding further restrictions to non-trusted accounts. Also there seems to have been changes made to the ways to achieve trusted status. If you have not had any luck with your previous steam purchases in Warframe counting, you might try making a purchase in Lost Ark.
Alternatively, new players can also receive trusted status by making any purchase in Lost Ark through either Steam or Amazon.
This is clearly still an issue that needs to be ironed out - more so than in the past given the new restrictions.

the same case happens in here too Unable to get trusted status and buying rc and using it to buy something has make the account ags trusted
