Lost 30,000 honor shards

I recently hit 1100 on my gunlancer and after getting my chaos dungeon gear to get to 1302 i ran around to all the various weekly merchants to buy all the honing mats to try to get 1325. After returning to vern and starting to open my 35 Honor Shard Pouch (M), I dc just as I confirm to open 30.

After reconnecting to the game i still have the ~600 honor shards I had before and 5 of my 35 Honor Shard Pouch (M).

This is really frustrating as I lost connection exclusively to lost ark as I was watching youtube at the same time and nothing even flickered. I was in the safety of a main city and could literally do nothing to be safer and yet here I am down 30,000 honor shards.

Hey try to contact support. Literally noone here can help you. In the report you can share screenshots of npcs you bought shards from with current date. Feel sorry for you tho

I am very much sure after reconnecting your shards should still be on the ground on the channel you logged off. There are people walking off after opening their pouches, losing thousands of shards aswell. You can only try to contact the support but I don’t think it will help as it is not their fault you lost the internet connection
