I was about to run Gate of Paradise Abyssal Dungeon on my alt character, and the game crashed. I logged back in finally and was kicked out of the dungeon and it consumed my entry.
This happened last week too on the same dungeon, but that time when I signed back in I automatically received a reset entry voucher in the in-game mail which let me finish the run.
We’re actually working through these systems now to try and improve this sort of situation for players – more should be coming next week
I spoke to amazon support, because I was mailed a re-entry ticket, thats stuck in mail and can’t be claimed. Amazon support guy told me that I will be contacted by someone via email but no one contacted me yet.

Edit - To piggy back on what Roxx said - There’s a known issue where the re-entry ticket is not generating for players. That system is being worked on. (I got this knowledge from a different forum moderator seen here - Lost Abyssal Dungeon Due to Graphics Crash - #6 by Jormungandrh).
I assumed they couldn’t do anything about it. But if I missed out on a ghost ship because of server crashes last week, how exactly do we get refunded an extra ?
