Hello my steam account is ladymedusa6.
I lost all my characters for this game . I have at least 4 characters with 112 hours played time.
I stopped playing for about 2 weeks and lost my characters after a recent update.
I did restart my computer and verified my local files through steam library prior to contacting you.
Can someone help me from your end?

My apologies to hear that all your characters disappeared. As I understand you already restart the PC and ran an Steam file check and chars still missing.
Can you please tell me the name of the missing characters and the World/server they are located on?

Please allow me some time to crosscheck the spelling. I know one of them is ladymedusa on north America east. Asking guild for the other characters.
Is there an area local files or somewhere else even though steam file check didn’t find them?
