Lost All Product Inventory Rewards Including 2nd Founders due to Server Crashes

I’ve been having issue with reconnecting on the Mari server. I’m getting the same errors most are in this forum however, It seems that due to multiple attempts the server locked me out for almost an hour. A question was prompted to register or unregister due to multiattempts, I was clicking too fast so I wasn’t sure what I selected. When I was finally able to relog, I lost my Crystalline Aura along with everything in my product inventory that I left unclaimed. This is includes 2nd Founders Pack, honing materials purchased from Mari shop and a bunch of other rewards. Please help!!

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us, I apologize for the inconvenience you’re having with your product inventory.

Please try these steps to confirm it’s not a visual bug:

  1. Close Lost Ark completely
  2. Close Steam
  3. Run Steam as administrator
  4. Check the game files on Steam
  5. Open Lost Ark.

Also, what are the error messages you’re getting? If possible can you provide a screenshot of your product inventory?
