I was doing Argos with a party planning to do until stage 3, but due a blackout I lost my connection but used discord to ask my party members to wait until I comeback since we had already cleared the stage 1, after i comeback to the game, they were waiting me on the area between stage 1 and 2, and i couldn’t re-enter the dungeon, after that my party tried to gave up on the dungeon and remake the party so we could enter it again and try one more time, but my entry as said as done and I didn’t receive any ticket to reinstate it even without receiving any reward from argos because my party didn’t finish the Raid, how can I get my entry back?
It is hard to read every time a player looses an entry due to technical problems, I’m truly sorry about that.

You’ll be able to participate in weekly events after the weekly reset that happens Thursdays at 10am UTC. To enter events which require Entrance Tickets, you’ll need to gain additional tickets via Chaos Dungeon drops or Exchange merchants.

Figure I might as well reply to all of these threads since I am locked out too.
Crashed tonight and had a re-entry granted in game almost right away, so clearly this is possible.
I used it, re-entered, cleared the raid and immediately was force-disconnected at the end of the raid, losing all rewards.
Obviously the ticket exists, it needs to be granted in these cases. This “we can’t help” response is really unacceptable.
how can you all can’t re-grant the entry if since the release of the game had a ticket to solve problems like that, what happened to this ticket be removed? because an technical issue i’ll need to wait until server reset even it’s being just friday?
It’s not customer friendly and the service and technical teams seem to not care. I got locked out of a raid because the group voted for loot where some of us didn’t want it so we can reenter later. Majority voted for loot locking me and my friend out. We basically are at the mercy of the group and not in our own control. There’s a ticket in game in the codex that literally says you can reset the Argos raid, yet they say it’s not possible? This is very concerning support is choosing not to support when the tools are there.
adam, my problem is even worst, my group literally refuse to get the reward from stage 1 so we could try it again, and even this way I didn’t get anything, neither the rewards or the entrace, and the ticket just seems like it doesn’t exist
I also have the same problem and i did not receive a ticket, yet other people like a guy on reddit have…WTF! i probably lost my 1st clear reward too…

Same happen to me today i was doing a p1 group and got disconnected, idk if my group finished since it was a pug, even if that was the case i should connect on the instance it they was already there and continue or get my entry back and now my first week on 1370 is basically fucked cos i cant progress until i have more pieces of gear to hone.
They don’t send out tickets if you DC from Abyss or Argos. They send them to everyone else in the group if they are unable to finish due to your DC. You get nothing though.
it’s curious to see you saying it, because I got disconnected from one void of Yorn, and when I reconnect I had a ticket on my mail
I guess they just like certain people more then. I’ve been dc’d from two and customer support told me too bad try again next week both times. Maybe they just hate me in particular.
same for me on argos
They also banned me for two weeks for having the audacity to link to prior lost Abyss Dungeon ticket threads, so I’d tread lightly.
that’s wierd u say that, cos everytime i got dc in any abyss and even argos yesterday, cos latelly my internet is unstable sometimes, and i still got the ticket to reentry everytime.

At this time, we are not able to re-grant the ability to participate in weekly/daily content.
You will be able to participate again after the weekly reset that happens Thursdays at 10am UTC, or after the daily reset.
We apologize for this inconvenience but please be advised that the team is working on a long-term solution.
I too find it weird they seem to selectively give out the tickets.
