Was on argos phase 3 and lost my entry on my main " Ammit ", once i tried to reconnect i was met with a 2minute loading screen and got disconected again, could i have a refund of my entry? this is really frustrating for the servers being kinda unstable right now, there’s a lot of disconects from players all the time.

I’m very sorry for the delay in responding to your post.
We’ve set up a system that will automatically reissue entries in scenarios caused by a verified server crash or outage within 24 hours. That is to say, if the system did not reissue your entry ticket automatically on this occasion, we will not be able to do so manually. You can read on how we handle these scenarios here.

no worries, though just yesterday i started having disconects once again, it’s definitely weird tho… and there’s a lot of ppl on our server with the same issue, i even paid exitlag to see if it was a routing issue, but to no avail. i might just open a ticket later.
