I experienced an unexpected disconnect from the servers last night while attempting a P1 Argos run, and have lost my lockout without obtaining rewards.
Attached is proof that my Gunslinger is unable to reenter Argos for this week, but also did not receive rewards for this week’s lockout.
I have waited for the automated system to restore my lockout ticket, but it seems that I have fallen through the cracks and the automated system didn’t recognize my disconnect from the servers.
In the same boat, got no help from the support so far. Looks like they can only copy-pasta “we acknowledged your issue but can’t do anything about it, sorry about that, have a nice day”. I am baffled they answer that to every single request, how is that acceptable…

Some players experienced this, so devs came with an official announcement.
It’s basically you have to contact live channels in the next 24hrs since the disconnect occur. Other players have created a thread on this, besides the original announcement, will paste both here.
Info from devs and there is currently a fix for this so no need to file a report.
The only condition is that this must have occured on less than 24 hrs.
Please contact live support and ask to have your info pasted in the report.
It’s just not true. I reached the live chat 10min after being disconnected. The guys told me he can’t do anything about it as it is fully automated and I will receive a re-entry ticket under 48h. 48h has passed few hours ago and still nothing. Looks like you either receive it right away if the system properly recognised that you have been disconnected or you never do. However, I won’t stop to harass the support until I obtain reparation for the time and efforts spent.
I can confirm what Streyz said, live support told me under no conditions can they restore lockout tickets and I am basically out of luck because the system didn’t properly recognize the disconnect that happened during my Argos run.
Please do better about communicating what can and can’t be done, as well as develop a proper system to support the customers that are playing the game every day, instead of relying on a flawed automated system that doesn’t recognize crashes that occur that fulfill the conditions outlined in the post you linked for a ticket compensation
