Lost Argos, No Reentry Ticket Yet

Was in Argos P2 when crash happened. Came back to game, but still have not gotten a re entry ticket. Hoping to see one soon.

Lost my Argos entry as well.

Commenting for visibility since the crash this time around was highly unusual in that the game didn’t boot you out immediately so a lot of people resorted to killing the game manually including myself because we weren’t sure what to do.

Did you wait until the game boots you or did you close the game earlier on?

I closed the game when I saw me and my Gf’s game stopped responding

Got dropped in P2 of 3.

I’m more annoyed at the loss of consumables and more importantly the time, even if we get a ticket back it doesnt necessarily mean everyone can get it done again.

Same here lost mine due to a DOUBLE disconect… on phase 3 of argos, now lost entry consumables and loot, this sucks.

Its been happening all day first in a abyssal dungeon then In p3 of argos. It kind of sucks, and now I am afraid to do valtan as I dont know if the same thing will happen. I got my ticket for my abyssal dungeon still no ticket for argos.

how are we sure of an outcome if its the games fault or the players, I had three disconnects today one was abyssal dungeon, one was argos and the last was valtan. There were all the same issue where the exact same thing happened. I got a re entry ticket for both valtan and my abyssal dungeon. But no argos, so what do now?

So I did what was asked in your post just as you stated it. This is what I received back from customer support. Following up for clarity, the message seems to be what you told me earlier but I’m still don’t understand what determines who is at fault for my situation. The same issue happened 3 times yesterday. All where the same issue I got a re-entry ticket for 2 out of the 3 incidents. How is the 3rd not connected and not handled in the same way? At the time of writing this it has been past 24 hours. Thanks for taking the time out to read and for your support this far. I just would like my chance to get my rewards for argos this week.
