After P1 my power went out and by the time I got back on this is what happend. I just lost my run and never got a ticket back to reset it. Who is able to help with this?

Sorry to know you had issues in the middle of an Argos run, I know that might be very annoying.
Right now there’s an automated system that re-grants tickets. The current system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; Important to consider that this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects .
If this was caused due to a server side crash, you’ll receive your re-entry ticket within 24-48 hours max, and it will arrive to your in-game mail.
