so I was doing my daily chaos run earlier and after entering the boss room, my game crashed. Just wondering if this is an existing bug in the game and if there is a chance for some compensation from this issue. I tried to save a screenshot but thats the moment my client actually closed and my nvidia driver wasnt even opening either to save the clip. Hoping for some resolution regarding this event. Thanks

Same happened just now, game froze when entering boss room, music kept playing.
Funny thing, that was my first boss run after 2 months on my main and not only I lost the loot from this, also half of chaos dungeon loot. Thanks I guess lol.

Just happened to me as well for the same boss!
After game crashed i launched it again, I was on the edge of the map, once i went to the middle it crashed again.

This is exactly what happened to me. It just happened today on my alt too sigh…
Just keeping you up to date if you’ve not seen already. The team is now aware of crashes in the boss room of chaos dungeons.
