When the EU central server crashed on Thursday I lost my weekly entry to Tranquil Karkosa. Wondering if its possible to get entry back bcs i saw some tweet i think where Lost ark said we will receive Entry count ticket in mail or smth but i receive nothing yet. Thanks for responding
