Hello,
I mistakenly opened the Lost Ark Launch Celebration gift on the wrong server and when I switch to my main character I don’t have the rewards and I don’t have the mount. How can I do please?

I unfortunately have to confirm that both the special items and the launch celebration gift cannot be reassigned or otherwise transferred to a different server.
I have filed a feedback report about this particular case, so that it may be evaluated by the team. I can’t guarantee that means that any changes will be made to the way these items are claimed, or that they’ll be restored, but I can at least make sure that the report is considered.
I understand this is very frustrating, and I apologize for the inconvenience.

Like @Empathy.Inc mentions, it can only be claimed on one server. We don’t have the option to transfer the items to a different region, we’d let you know if this changes.

Thank you for these elements but this does not constitute an understandable answer. There are plenty of possible solutions like making the reward available once on each server or simply resending the reward.
Can you do something please.

Sorry to hear that, but there are waaaaay bigger problems atm, the answer is kinda clear, they will not move any of these packs to another server.
