Yo, I’m having HUGE problems with this game and this game ONLY, it just freezes my pc to death, can’t do ctrl+alt+del, can’t alt+tab, the only thing I can do is holding down my power button and force a shutdown. Now, I’ve read that other people had this problems long ago like arcana release period and and coincides with the date of the beginning of my problems more or less. I was wondering if someone fixed it somehow. My specs are highly above recommended and I have troubleshot every component of my pc like running memtest86 on my rams, stressing my cpu/gpu/psu with occt and I even tested my ssd and the only component that you can’t directly troubleshoot is the mobo and I bought it brand new and still the problem persists. I’ve already done all the classical troubleshooting like re-install, check eac integrity etc. I don’t have anti-virus besides windows defender, my drivers aswell as my bios are up to date and my gpu/cpu temps are fine.
i’m having the same issue, but for me it started 26/10/2022 maintenance. I use 2 monitor setup and now whenever i get off the screen that has the game on it for over 5 to 15 mins my game would freeze, thankfully it’s not my whole PC like you but still annoying af. I’ve been closing and reopening the damn game the whole day just because i want to do somethings in my other monitor just like i usually do.

Please make sure to have the DxDiag ready once you reach support, you can pull it following this steps:
DxDiag report:
Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
Click on dxdiag.exe.
When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.

already tried and it didn’t help and I’ll tell you more I still have those registry key active
As I said I already did all the classical troubleshooting and I’ve already sent an email with my dxdiag to the support but I think it ended up in limbo because I haven’t received a reply for 1 month
In my case it was the Android Studio (i used to use it before the mentioned maintenance, didn’t have issues until now).
Temporary Solution: close my working tools when i’m playing.

I’m really sorry that you had made a 1 month before and you have not received a response from the team.
Please in this case try to contact them again with all the information about the problem and the Dxdiag report and game logs to create a ticket to the Devs team and investigate your problem and once for all give you the response about it.

Ok, looks like is a problem with new amd drivers, just use ddu to remove your current driver and install 22.5.1.
