What is this? “lost ark server authentication failure” I get that everyday… Sometimes need start game 10 times before it lets me in…
I tryed every guides in the world that exists, nothing works… To mention some I tried here they are:
Verify Integrity of Game Files on Steam
Disable Internet Protocol Version 6
Refresh Game Credentials
Re-link your Twitch & Steam Accounts
Mobile Internet & VPN
Disabling your Antivirus Program Temporarily
Flush DNS Cache & Renew Etc…
Checked internet speed (that is great 900/1000 (Fiber)
All drivers are upgraded, running windows 10 not 11.
Small info about pc…
-Intel Core i9, 9900K (Not overclocked or anything) (Water cooled, temps always low).
-32GIG DDR 4 memory.
-Water cooled RTX 3080 TI (FTW3 Ultra). (Temps always low here too…)
-2GIG Samsung SSD disk drive
-I use soundblaster X3 Usb Sound-Card.
This to mention something of my pc. I have ZERO issues in any of my tons of other games I play. Only lost arc and it’s “Server Authentication Failed Error 10010”
It really annoying, as game is very slow to load, and then I need keep loading it over and over. Makes me want to quit the game to be honest. I had hoped that patches would fix this, but NO
We have put blockers in place to prevent users from connecting to Lost Ark through VPN services. This is one of the steps we are taking combat botters, as it will help prevent them from being able to circumvent some of the restrictions we have in place and make it more difficult for them to connect to the game. (You may see some population drops today; this has confirmed for us that it’s helping keep some of the bots out of the game for the time being.)
While we understand that some legitimate players may use VPNs for other reasons, please note that using a VPN is against the Amazon Games Terms of Service , which you can find this in section 5.2 — “You may not use any technology or technique to obscure or disguise your location.“ While your account will not be banned if you used a VPN in the past, we may not allow future connections with these methods in order to prevent abuse. We apologize for any inconvenience, but also hope players understand the necessity of this.
This is just unheard of. Name me one other game that has banned VPNs. Guess I’ll quit and hope for Australian servers. 220ms is not playable. VPN is the only thing that made it ok.
I’m located in the US but am also running into this issue. I run a Mac but am streaming a ShadowPC. I suddenly started getting this error even though I was running the game fine this morning.
How should VPN block identification help? Or do you think if the bots leave, for example, the Russians, then the bots with the euro will not come? You’re silly ?
