Lost Ark T3 content needs adjustment for casual players

I beat all T3 content yet, and YES the T3 content is “doable, ok” if you play Lost Ark as your only game every day.

BUT, if you play other games or do something else on the computer and “forget the muscle memory” the raids are to hard specialy in public matchmaking. We died few times at Night fox yoho today. I saw it bymyself. i perform significant worse after playing 2 days of Final Fantasy during my easter break. and then hopping back into Lost Ark.

So many casuals might feel the same. Yes if you play Lost Ark every day and u get used to the controlls its easy. But if you play something else, specialy some WASD stuff or “Slower games” its hard to get back to lost ark and doge all the mechanics and not die.

The Night Fox Yoho, the 2 1370 raids was super painfull today, Even when i got 20.000 more HP then last week. But last week was just alot of easyer cause i havent played anything else but lost ark… But most casuals will not only play lost ark 24/7…

We need some “Warmup” mode or just some small nerfs on the big aoes.
Now i know how the casuals feel. when they think they are the “noob” - bottleneck, cause now i was it… cause i took a break 2 days of lost ark…

Its just to punishing for playing casualy. aka not playing every day lost ark. Cause it feels like if you come back, you first need to practise few hours again before you can do any daily stuff. i almost died in chaos dungeon too.

What you struggle with Yoho and that? I do guardians half asleep while thinking about other things, I barely even realize that they have gone invincible and are about to jump away, try using party finder or something, the only hard t3 guardian is velganos and 1400s just run yoho anyway since its a quick and easy 5m fight

there is to much going on, and he 3 shots you. (tornado phase, meteor phase or just the random jumps)

And Yes i beat them deathless too (last week)… but thats not the point of the thread. The point is, that the content is significant harder if u take a day off… and "forget the muscle memory"

Once you get to 1385 it will be a lot easier
If you still struggle at 1385 ur bad

u missing the point of the thread… its not about bad or not. its about effort and to punishing for casuals…

I beat argos deathless too last week. But you can only do this if u dedicated to lost ark and dont do anything else.

The game should be enjoyable for casual play WHO DONT PLAY EVERYDAY 24/7…Test it yourself: Make a lost ark break 2-3 days then go back to the game. and then you will notice it yourself. you will die everywhere… Cause u not used to the hard lost ark difficulty…

I think a 5 min run is pretty casual friendly lmao which is pretty much what you get at 1385

Honestly I think this is just a problem your facing then in general I haven’t had someone die or have the guardians take longer then 6m in over a month, the T3 guardians excluding Velganos are very simple and easy once you have done them a couple of times and they are already watered down versions.

No the Night Fox Yoho experience is like this. 5 out of 7 groups wipe atleast 1 time. then ~30% chance people ragequit already.

finding a group with casuals over matchmaking and get people who dont play everyday, will mostlikely wipe the group.

Of course if u go with people who play everyday its easy.

Well apparantly matchmaking puts me wif people who play everyday

i feel like Yoho is already casual AF, so is most of the content currently in this game
wish i could help you but i feel like its already easy enough for casuals

as said, just make the selftest, make a 2-3 day break, play something else. and then go back to lost ark and do your dailys… its a nightmare…

yoho is literally the easiest t3 guardian what are you talking about i’ve never failed to kill yoho in under 7 minutes and if it goes over 6 minutes your team is usually trash

O yea wait till you get to velganos i wonder how much you will complain about that :upside_down_face:

Youve got to be trolling here.
There is no way youre being serious with this.

Litterally done this multiple times this week and never had an issue with any content including hard mode abyss and argos this week since I have been busy with work.

the only t3 content that requires some memory is argos p1 everything else you just look at a picture or avoid the very obvious red thing

Have the same problem each time i go back on BDO or GW2.

I just do content i know will help to get it back quite fast, for example for lost ark, i would first do some chaos, then the guardian event.
(on BDO, i just slash dans dice randomly until i remember back all skills, for GW2, i go do some metaevents)

Wish I had your luck…
My main is doing Yoho twice every day in matchmaking and it always takes 6/7 minutes at the very least. Igrexion for my alts usually takes around 4/5 minutes but can take a lot more with low dps groups.
Difficulty wise for T3 I kinda feel like they’re all on the same easy mode. Except Velganos of course.

If anything Tier 1 and 2 guardians are taking way more time. I’m so glad to be done with those as I remember I could spend 15 minutes with a bad group for one Lava Chromanium run.

ok here is a step by step guide on how to kill yoho

  1. play a dps class
  2. stand in front of yoho, start spamming all your skills because nobody cares about optimal dps rotations
  3. when you are low health, press your potion button
  4. when you see circles on the ground, run away
  5. when you see tornado, run away
  6. when you are fox, run away
  7. when you stagger yoho, throw destruction bomb
  8. when yoho runs away, press your flare button

congratulations you have just solo’d yoho in <10 minutes wow it was so hard

oh yeah since you gained like 20k hp since 1370 you must be around 1400 by now so how is yoho still hard when you take reduced damage compared to 1370?
