You gotta remember that this is a korean mmo, and Koreans do online video games very differently. I wish this was a sub based game with no honing and just cosmetics in the shop.

So last night @Shadow_Fox talked about some depth that before they make any changes to the game that they discuss the trajectory of the game with SG. Apparently they all have some input on it and work closely together.
Apparently, from what @Shadow_Fox had said is that the general impression for Lost Ark was that it would have been nice to give them something to work for.
The road map after a severe backlash from the community got pushed back and is being revised. I presume they’re going to release more skins, introduce the missing content and the next few tiers.
And @Shadow_Fox in so many words hinting that Argos intended to milk the whales. Well, that we all have “levels” we play at.
However, they were surprised we were so upset about it and ended up having people quit.
I don’t think we’ll have any information for the next week or two and probably longer. They have stated it would be “WEEKS” for the Road Map.
We want to give the company money but not on progression. If you release us skins, we’ll spend money on skins.

It is a fact that in our version a lot of content for the procurement of honing mats is missing. Your crazy statement with FOMO doesn’t find a foothold here.
I want to play the game and not be forced by AGS to pump real money into their stupid store just to play more exciting and challenging content.
I always criticized the game Black Desert because of pay to win but Lost Ark here is really a new dimension.
Everything is tied to the character
Island only 1x per squad approachable for the quests, more times with reduced rewards would be worth it.
My Sorc hangs on 150k harmony stones … can I somehow convert you to T2 or take to another character?! Not known to me.
Collecting mats for upgrades with more characters limited. Guardians and destruction stones are tied to squads, the rest again not.
In Lost Ark you step over one stumbling block after another. I have not experienced this in this form before. It is no fun at all in this way.
The only thing I do now is hoard materials for the next few months to maybe push the Lance Master to the end of T2.

Doing Unas Tasks with three characters
with up to now 4 characters 1x T2, 3x T1 Chaos Dungeons make, if necessary throws, Boss Rush and the Abyss Dungeons.
This is currently my content I force myself because AGS puts me everywhere a shitty timer in front of the nose or throws Mari against me with the crap store.

Argos is literally 20mins of content on the difficulty level of Tytalos guardian raid. Feeling the need to spend money to experience this ASAP is silly. Hence the term FOMO.
Yes, the game is centered around doing daily and weekly content. And doing the daily events within certain timed intervals. Youll be doing this for the entire time you play the game. There are not enough raids and dungeons out at this time to continually keep someone stimulated enough to get a weeks worth of serotonin, I get it.

The closest thing Gold River has ever said about this, is that he didn’t know why Amazon didn’t tell players they were working on T3 content and that is why the games release was originally delayed.
