Lost Ark Trusted Status Problem

Hello,
I was forced to seek help on this forum because amazon employees from “Web-Ticket” are so incompetent that it is impossible to get along with them. For about nearly a week now, they can’t solve my problem with getting “trusted status” in Lost Ark game so that I can use in-game mail. My steam account and amazon meet all the conditions required to be trusted:

  • my steam account is more than 30days old
  • i have activated steam guard mobile
  • spend over 5usd in steam market
  • my steam account dont have any restrictions (confirmed by email message from steam employee)

Amazon support employees do not check the history of my previous support ticekts, but send me template messages answers for the third time regarding conditions to obtain trusted status which were fulfilled about week ago also they confirm that in previous message.

maybe some rmter bought some accs from you through auction and u lost trusted.
Guess thats what happened to me - and then its all messed up ? Shrugs.

Nobody knows how this stuff works. Either way, i dont get bus carried, so i dont really care much about it

I have no idea what you’re talking about, im playing this game for something like nearly 2 months. My lost ark account never had any trused status and i never been able to send emails in game. what is accs ? How long i have to wait till someone from support contact me here ?

Well, it seems lot of people got banned when they sold stuff for over i suppose 50k ±. Level 9 gems and such.

I had trusted and then i sold some accessory for like 60k and then i notice i dont have trusted ?

Shrugs. Automated systems are sus.

I am sorry to hear you seem to be having issues with getting your trusted status from Steam to reflect in Lost Ark. This is part of a security measure that is in place to combat bots and of which you can further read about here:

In order to make your account trusted you will need to have performed a purchase(s) for at least $5 (less than a year ago), where sometimes Steam will require a period of 30 days to have passed from the date of the purchase. You will also need to set up the Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator specifically for this status update to take place.

Please note it may still take several hours for your account to become ‘Trusted’ after activating two-factor mobile authentication for the first time and up 30 days depending on Steam’s clear time. Unfortunately, some instances have been found where this may take longer where we do not have any additional input, time frame, or tips to offer you other than you would need to wait.

I added photos of a message from a steam employee that my steam account is already trusted and has no any restrictions. So the problem is in the game itself and amazon support. I did steam purchase over 5$ more than 30days ago, also have activated Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator. I want to know how much time I will have to wait for receiving the trusted status and instead of respond you keep sending me the conditions that I have already met without giving a specific answer. Istead of figthing bots seems like you fighting normal players, i never know before why peoples calling amazon the most trash company in the world, now i get the answer.
