lost my Crystalline aura and all my crystals? now when i play i have to waste resources even though i payed for not having to do it. will i be compensated for this or is everything just gone now and i have to pay again?

Same here. Active Crystalline aura and one I hadn’t activated are gone. And my crystals are also gone.
