This is unacceptable. Both my daily dungeons lost in t3 is a MASSIVE amount of loss. Literally thousands of gold lost due to a server error and amazon’s response is get F’d?
This is completely unacceptable. If support like this continues with these kinds of errors lost ark will be new world in no time.
Refund players their resonance, boss rush tickets, etc.
I’m in the same boat as you on one of my characters. Given how widespread this issue is I would like to see a bit of empathy on AGS / LOAs end. ESP with how it’s been acknowledged that this is an issue on the servers end.
I agree, especially when this is the main content for progression at this stage in the game, it’s unacceptable for them to just brush this off as acceptable when so many players are basically losing the main reason for logging in today.
