I was running my chaos dungeon like normal just now after the maintenance. Suddenly when i try entering the second teleport my game goes black and this message pop up. Forcing me to restart the game only to face the SAME error, resulting in loosing my daily entrance… not happy. I verified the game files through Steam and can get back in, but instantly get teleported out of the dungeon with no reimbursement ticket in my mail.

I too had this problem on my Scouter, got kicked out when I went back into Chaos Dungeon after doing a file integrity check. Is there any chance of getting an aura pot sent out? I didn’t even get to clear out the second floor.

Regarding to your question, unfortunately, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually.
We have a system that takes care of this type of situations when it’s for a disconnection issues in order to provide the ticket back. We can’t guarantee that you will be receiving a ticket

- Receiving your replacement weekly entry may not be immediate — delivery could take up to 24-48 hours, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.
