Lost entry count during Vykas run

Excuse me, I am having an issue where I disconnected during Vykas raid gate 1. Then, I log in back to my account and I did not get the gold from the gate. it also said my entry was count. Is there anyway to get the entry ticket back? I have lost the entry count on my alt before during Valtan raid, but this time is my main, please help!

For your information, we have a system that takes care of this type of situation to provide the ticket back in very specific scenarios, we can’t guarantee that the player will be receiving a ticket.

Thank you for the reply, but i haven’t received any ticket. I also did not get the gold from the gate that i have completed.

It happened to me twice. If this is my alt i may not concern this much, but it happens on my main character i have to post it here.

For the tickets to be issued, there is a timeline for 48 hours in which the system automatically provides ticket if found eligible.

There is no way we can issue a ticket manually from our end, it will be done by the system itself.

What if after 48 hours I don’t receive my ticket, what should I do?

Unfortunately, as I already mentioned above that we don’t have any option to provide you ticket manually so you need to wait for the system only, @Kenjiro.

If found eligible then you will surely get the ticket in your account.

I just wanted to highlight once agian that we do not have any such option to award you an entry ticket manually as this is all done automatically in case the conditions mentioned in the post down below are ment accordingly:
