I joined a Kakul Saydon G1 lobby. During loading screen 3 other people cannot load and we got transferred back to the lobby. Only I lost the entry the other 3 didn’t. It is clearly the server’s issue but I still haven’t receive the re-entry ticket.

Pigging back on this, I was in Kakul G3 loading screen and the others didn’t load in and I lost my entry count as well. This happening on the last day and not being able to get a ticket is super unfortunate seeing as the clear could have possibly happened…

I’m so sorry issue you are having with Kaku g1 and g3 dungeon , please bear in mind we do not provide re-entry tickets in cases not caused by a verified server crash or outage.
We’ve set up a system that will automatically reissue entries in scenarios caused by a verified server crash or outage within 24 to 48 hours. That is to say, if the system did not reissue your entry ticket automatically on this occasion, we will not be able to do so manually. You can read on how we handle these scenarios here .
