We were inside Vykas raid during the minutes before scheduled maintenance at 12MN PST hoping to be able to continue after maintenance but it seems it has consumed my entry count. No ticket was refunded via mail.
Refunding tickets can take up to 24 hours by the system. You should’ve left the raid and remade the group after maintenance idk why you’d stay in and risk this.

I’m so sorry for the disconnection by the scheduled maintenance meanwhile you were doing Vykas raid and you have lost the entry and the rewards, but please bear in mind we do not provide re-entry tickets in cases not caused by a verified server crash or outage.
We’ve set up a system that will automatically reissue entries in scenarios caused by a verified server crash or outage within 48 hours. That is to say, if the system did not reissue your entry ticket automatically on this occasion, we will not be able to do so manually. You can read on how we handle these scenarios here .
