Lost entry count from valtan because of a dc @Roxx

Hi, i was told by the support themselves to create a post about a global dc that happened at 7pm (EU).
Cannot be certain but it seems like it had to do with the isp orange. i saw multiple french players disconnected at the same time as me.
But i was midfight doing valtan and now i lost my entry count for a 5mn disconnection.
Support is telling me to write this post to get CM attention and hopefuly have multiple players in the same boat as me to notice it here .
If i don’t get a re entry ticket i won’t be able to clear valtan this week.
If you were doing any content such as argos , abyss dungeons or valtan and lost entry count please say it.

the same thing happened to me, the server crashed and i lost my attempt on valtan, what are you going to do? @playlostark

You should try it here, as far as I know, automated reentry tickets need up to 24h to be delivered.

Same **** happened to a mate today. Our mate got dc few seconds before kill of P1. after relogging he had not loot and his entry is lost for P2. We got screenshot for proof. With a ticket and screenshot to proove our point, still no solution (classic answer : if the pb isn’t from server we can’t manually give back re-entrey ticket).

We really need a communication and a solution for this.

I know that if the content is cleared and you’re not here to get the reward thats what happens , but my premade didn’t clear it while i was dc’d they were literaly waiting for me , next time restart your try and do not finish whatever content you are doing with a dc if it happens again (if you can obviously).

Could i have an answer from cs or a cm about this , will i get a ticket or not ? you can clearly see that its not cleared so why can’t i enter it ?
