For your information, we have a system that takes care of this type of situation to provide the ticket back in very specific scenarios, we can’t guarantee that the player will be receiving a ticket.

hello, and i have a problem my main character strazez is stuck on the boat i can’t log in with it i get stuck on the loading screen, if you can help me move it to another map.

Were you able to regain access to your character? If not, please try verifying the integrity of game files, if this doesn’t work, reply with the name and server of your character and we’ll try relocating them to see if this fixes your issue.
