My guild and i were doing Vykas gate 2 and my game closed unexpectedly. I waited for my team to finish their attempt before login into my character and i soon as i do that, my guildmates tell me i got auto-kicked from the group. We regroup and when we queue again, i can not go in because i do not have any entries left.
I spoke with support and they said they could not help. This is such an unfair and BS issue. I lose a week of progress and my static gets affected since they lost a member for the week, and all because i was disconnected mid fight ?
This is an issue that should be fixed ASAP, as i am not the only one experiencing this. There are multiple posts in the forums already.
I am sorry to hear about your lost entry and therefore the reward based on getting disconnected from a run but please bear in mind we do not provide re-entry tickets in cases not caused by a verified server crash or outage.
We’ve set up a system that will automatically reissue entries in scenarios caused by a verified server crash or outage within 48 hours. That is to say, if the system did not reissue your entry ticket automatically on this occasion, we will not be able to do so manually. You can read on how we handle these scenarios here.
Thanks for the reply. If i understood correctly, i will not be getting a re-entry ticket, since this was not a server crash/outage. My guild did not crash alongside me and therefore is not due to the server.But the problem still stands
Why do we have to lose the entire week for just a simple disconnect? Which could be caused by many issues outside of the player’s control (power/internet loss) This seems unfair.
Maybe this can be passed to the Lost Ark team as feedback in order to change the system.
