Lost entry to Argos and now Oreha preveza hard mode

In my Argos raid at the 3rd phase, I was disconnected and was not due to my internet and lost my entry. That happened Thursday and now I lost my entry to Oreha Preveza hard mode cuz of
maintenance with my Bard.
It’s the first time I ever had to come on here. Can I please get my entry back.

Did they fix anything for you ?
It’s happen to my brother too. he was disconnect in phase 3 and when he come back after argos died he got nothing and lost entry ticket.

FYI: He disconnect only in phase 3 but not get even p1 and p2 reward.

Nope still no response from anyone I knew it was a waste of time to come here.

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us, I’m so sorry to hear that you lost your entry to Argos.

I understand how frustrating this is, in this case, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually, we have a system that takes care of this type of situations in order to provide the ticket back in very specific scenarios, we can’t guarantee that you will be receiving a ticket, I apologize for the inconvenience. Here’s a post that explains better how this system works.

A few key points I wish to highlight and the first one is very important in this case:

  1. The system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.

  2. Receiving your replacement weekly entry may not be immediate — delivery could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.

But it wasn’t due to my internet connection this game had this bug where you just get disconnected for no reason. And the other was due to maintenance what about that one.

1500 gold lesson and getting locked out of content because of a server maintenance with LESS THAN 2 MINUTE OF WARNING. Never alt f4 out of dungeon even 30 seconds before a server will shut down anyways because you wont be getting your ticket back.

Actually impossible to check the logs for my log out time and when the RANDOM SERVER MAINTENANCE started and manually reissue a ticket because this shit happens to so many people its embarrassing.

Thanks for nothing. Will be the first and last time I come on here because I see nothing gets resolved here either just like in support chat.

I had other instances like this one But never came on here cuz I was like it’s going to be a waste of time. But this one was so bad I had to come on here and try. But now I really see it is a waste of time I’m never coming back on here. Why even bother if this keeps happening I’m just going to quit the game I’ve been playing since the beginning. Its sucks getting locked with no rewards.

There are so many people talking about same issue and it is so clear the the automatic system is not working but they are not willing to fix it.

If the system does not work, hire people and send the ticket manually.
Then at least few people will be happy about the game.
Right now, since the automated system does not work, 100% people who got DCed from server maintenance are mad.

Computer is good. Making our life so much easier. but if it does not work or dont know how to make it work, handing out manually is also good idea.
