During the cutscene after beating clown gate 2 I was disconnected. After zoning back I was unable to buy the extra rewards even though the group had not yet voted to proceed. Any chance I would be compensated for the mayhem horns I missed out on?

I’m really sorry to hear that you got disconnected, please bear in mind we do not provide re-entry tickets in cases not caused by a verified server crash or outage.
We’ve set up a system that will automatically reissue entries in scenarios caused by a verified server crash or outage within 48 hours. That is to say, if the system does not reissue your entry ticket automatically on this occasion, we will not be able to do so manually. You can read below on how we handle these scenarios.

When this happened to me on Valtan I did not get a reentry ticket and the rewards were lost.
Waiting for someone to reconnect in these situations is not helpful . It’s better if your friends wipe on that try you disconnect in or if that’s too late try to proceed + quit so the instance is not there for you to reconnect into. Trash game design unfortunately and still not addressed it seems like
