We are glad to have you here with us. I know how frustrating this can be. We have a system that handles this issue, as we are unable to manually grant any re entry tickets.
Please read this post for the full information about this:
A few key points I wish to highlight:
- The current system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
- Receiving your replacement weekly entry may not be immediate — delivery could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.

I am sorry to hear you had a case similar to the one posted by the OP. Please note that this scenario has been addressed by @YiYi and all the information on how these cases are handled is posted therein.
Basically, there is no need to make a forum post but only to wait and if within 48 hours you have not received the entry back, then the system did not deem your disconnection as being caused by a verified server outage or crash and therefore no re-entry will be given.
Note the system counts any entries as consumed whether or not these are completed runs. This means if you started a Gate 1, it will be considered consumed and not allow access to Gate 1 again and Gate 2 will not be accessible given Gate 1 was not completed.

Receiving this ticket usually takes 48 hours. I received mine after 48 hours, I hope you will too
Not really worth unless it takes more than 48 hours. The support informed me in chat that it usually takes 48 hours and in my case it was true
