Lost Kakul entry ticket

Had to reset instance after G1. When entering G2 I was the only one in the instance and it kicked me and I didn’t get a refund ticket.

For your information, we have a system that takes care of this type of situation to provide the ticket back in very specific scenarios, we can’t guarantee that the player will be receiving a ticket. And also I’d like to let you know that there is no provision from our end to manually provide a entry ticket to any of the player.

For your information @zeraa, the entry re-issuing is a system oriented thing and it is automatically provided by the system if found eligible for the same.

There is no manual way to issue an entry to any player from our end. Hence, kindly wait for the system to issue entry if found eligible for the same.
