Today While doing Gate1 of Midnight Circus I had a dc, when I reconnected the boss was dead but I couldn’t get the chest reward or proceed to Gate2 so the other 3 party members proposed to quit and re-enter but when we entered again the game said that I already completed the dungeon and gave me the entry count error,I didn’t received any reset ticket in mails and now i can’t find a way to do my weekly dungeon.

The same happened to me just 10 minutes ago. Also happened on an alt last week.
All you can do i sit and pray for a ticket to appear in your mail within the next 48hrs if not then your fucked. Amazon support don’t give a shit, I’ve tried.

Sorry to hear you were disconnected and lost your entry to the Kakul-Saydon Legion Raid.
Unfortunately, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually, we have a system that allows for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
If determined this was a server-side issue, the delivery of the replacement ticket could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives. We cannot guarantee that a ticket will be sent in 100% of cases of disconnects.
