Hi me and a few friends were in Argos when the Eu Central server died . After the restart our entry for it is taken and we cant go back in. Is there a possibility to get the entry back cause we didnt kill it or got loot?
So far me and my friends waited about 72h and still got no ticket in the mailbox. Hope u guys can help me

I’m very sorry to hear about this situation with your Raid. I understand how frustrating it can be as it has happened to me as well. We have recently incorporated a system to help with these issues as you can read more in-depth here: Update to Timed and Ticketed Content Lockouts
I can see that from your post you have waited over 72hrs and you haven’t received it, while I would love to issue you a re-entry ticket, here in the forums and in our customer support we don’t have the option to manually distribute the tickets only the system handles it.
What this means is that if you don’t receive a ticket you will have to wait until the next weekly reset, I will ask of you to make a post here: Game Feedback - Lost Ark Forums regarding this experience and any more feedback you have about the new system, as this will give more visibility to the devs and team in charge of feedback so we can improve the system further.
