the Chat had a messange “server closing in 30s” or something like that
after that my raid group had problems reconecting into the game
and now we cant try again

This is to let you know that when it comes to timed/ticketed events, the game has a system that detects any disconnections and if they were caused by a server-side crash/outage, players receive the re-entry ticket within 48 hours max. Keep in mind this wont cover local network issues nor other causes of disconnects.

It’s been over 60 hours since the incident and so far we haven’t received a single ticket. It wasn’t a problem on the players’ side, a warning was shown that the servers would go into maintenance and several people were disconnected at the same time.
I’ve already made direct contact with support and they sent this same forum post, but it doesn’t help us at all, since it’s been days and we haven’t received a ticket.
Now it’s been almost 72 hours and nothing on the ticket.
